Abstract:

The Small and Medium-Sized Communities Conference is a symposium for transportation managers, planners, engineers and elected officials from urban areas of less that 250,000 people. Also represented are officials from regional planning agencies, metropolitan planning organizations, federal, state, local transportation agencies and citizens who have an active interest in their communities and related transportation issues. The aim of the conference is to provide a forum for the exchange of useful information and ideas, and present practical techniques and low cost methodologies and solutions specifically geared toward medium-sized communities.
