The discussion includes distribution companies, distribution services, employment, employees, and customers. In addition to the sample survey, on-the-spot visits and additional analyses were carried out. Future trends in bicycle delivery service systems in Beijing are also presented. Based on a strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) model analysis, the paper also forecasts and suggests methods for repositioning bicycle delivery service systems in Chinese cities. The suggestions are China-specific and are meant to assist the regulatory authorities in the supervision of the transport logistics system and the standardization of delivery service by means of bicycle.
