Abstract:

This workshop presentation is a case study of the actual application of market research efforts to service and management decisions. The case study is comprehensive transit planning in Whatcom County, Washington. Market research results were integrated into the Public Transportation Plan and several service changes of the Whatcom Transportation Authority.
