Abstract:

This abstract appears in a compendium of conferences papers and describes a methodology to account for the impact of transportation control measures (TCMs) on work related non-work travel. The TCMs aim to reduce the number fo vehicle trips and vehicle miles of travel, and thereby reduce mobile source emissions. The methodology described results in increasing the impact of the TCMs on home-based work trips by 39 percent to account for the impact on work related non-work trips.
