This presentation gives the industry perspective on the revision of NCHRP Report 230. Changes to improve NCHRP Report 230 are broken down into the following five issues: interpretation; appurtenance application; occupant risk factors; vehicle characteristics; and acceptance/enforcement by appropriate agency.
