Accession Number: 00497261
Record Type: Component
Availability: Find a library where document is available Abstract: This paper comments on legal considerations based on benefit-cost analysis, specifically as they relate to matters concerning roadside safety. As no tort claims cases in which a benefit-cost analysis was used have been found, the advice given is: use common sense in applying the factors that are used in the benefit-cost analysis and be able to explain those factors in simple direct language that can be understood by laymen.
