Title: A METHOD FOR COMPARING AND FORECASTING ANNUAL TRAFFIC DEATH TOTALS
Accession Number: 00495030
Record Type: Component
Availability: Find a library where document is available Abstract: Total traffic fatalities are considered to result from a combination of two factors: safety of travel (per vehicle mile or per vehicle) and exposure to travel (distance traveled or number of vehicles). The method proposed models these factors separately and then combines them to estimate fatalities.
