Availability: Find a library where document is available Abstract: The research project, Effects of a Modified Mowing Regime in NYSDOT ROWs on Pollinators and Vegetation, began in spring 2019. It examines the impact of mowing on pollinators along New York state highways. The project is one within a larger movement to understand the contributions of transportation rights-of-way (ROWs) and other linear corridors to conservation. This article describes the research itself, the research team, and what changes were made during the COVID-19 pandemic to keep the long-term study going.
