Title: A Research on the Cargo Sharing Rate and Pricing Strategy under the Belt and Road Strategy

Abstract: The existing freight mode has been changed because of the opening of China-Laos rail freight transport channel under the Belt and Road strategy. Taking the rail transport and the road transport as research objects, analyzing the main influence factors of choosing a freight transport mode and determining the utility function, the authors use the Logit Mode to figure out the cargo sharing rate. Based on the non-cooperative game theory, by constructing a non-cooperative game model for the China-Laos rail freight transport channel, the authors calculate sharing rates and analyzes freight prices of railways and roads. It comes out that the rail freight accounts for nearly half of the China-Laos freight volume. By increasing freight prices of each kind of transport, the overall benefits of the two transport modes can be maximized.
