This issue contains 20 papers concerning urban and rural bus services. Specific topics covered are as follows: bus rapid transit and changing neighborhoods; creating a bus rapid transit boulevard; using bus GPS data to identify congestion hot spots; and bus signal priority for mixed traffic.
