Abstract:

With the social and economic development, the environmental issues have been paid more and more attention. Intercity rail as a fast, safe and environmentally friendly transport mode, its development will inevitably have an impact on people's travel choices. So the study on the intercity railway operation plan has important influence on the optimal allocation of the transport capacity resources of transport corridor. In this paper, the authors take into account the cost of intercity rail operators, carbon emissions and the demand for passenger traffic. The authors use bi-level programming model, the upper level objective is to maximize the benefit of the enterprise and minimize the carbon emissions, and the lower level is a user equilibrium assignment model. Then, the authors use genetic algorithm to obtain the share of different transportation modes in the transport corridor. And on this basis, the sharing rates of different levels of intercity trains and the frequency of the trains are obtained. Finally, the authors analyze the sensitivity of the different levels of the intercity train fare rates, and reach a reasonable range of fare rates so as to provide the theoretical support for the intercity rail fares.
