Abstract:
This article includes highlights from the Transportation Research Board's 11th International Conference on Low-Volume Roads held in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, July 12–15, 2015. The conference was cosponsored by the University of Belgrade, Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile, and the University of Pretoria in South Africa. Other sponsors included the Federal Highway Administration, U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT); the Forest Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture; and the Bureau of Indian Affairs and Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S. Department of the Interior. Participants came from 25 countries to share their experiences.
