Abstract:

This report describes the development details of the web-based information and guidance system produced as part of the second Strategic Highway Research Program (SHRP 2) Project R02, Geotechnical Solutions for Soil Improvement, Rapid Embankment Construction, and Stabilization of the Pavement Working Platform. Project background, literature review, development, programming, and testing of the system are detailed in this report. Recommendations for future enhancements of this website are also presented.
