Abstract:

Based on features of the behavior of evacuating passengers and combined with the traffic flow theory, this paper applies road network path allocation method to the path allocation of pedestrian flow. The objective of this paper is to build the path impedance function of metro hub in general evacuation situations, as well as to build path allocation model on basis of this function and according to the user equilibrium principle. We also carry out path allocation calculation on the actual situations of Xidan Station of Beijing Metro Line 4, and test the calculation results of the model by means of building Exodus microscopic evacuation simulation software, which verified the effectiveness and sensitivity of the model.
