This digest consists of a copy of "Natural Hazards Informer" (No. 4, September 2009), which was prepared under National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) Project 20-59(24) and Transit Cooperative Research Program (TCRP) Project J-10E by the Natural Hazards Center at the University of Colorado at Boulder. The results of this jointly sponsored NCHRP-TCRP project provide a collective overview of hazard-related research and resources needed by transportation and hazards professionals.
