The paper identifies the objectives of the current full-scale/accelerated pavement testing (FS/APT) as follows: to assimilate and summarize historical and current FS/APT activities; to evaluate and outline recommended approaches for FS/APT; and, to improve communications and the flow of information about FS/APT.
