Abstract:

This digest summarizes partial findings from Phase I of NCHRP Project 8-33, "Quantifying Air Quality and Other Benefits and Costs of Transportation Control Measures". The objective of the project is to develop an improved analytical framework for evaluating transportation control measures (TCMs). The objective of the task summarized in this digest was to examine the relationships between implemented TCMs and measured air pollutant concentrations.
