Nearly all the states responded with some written policies or procedures, and many of those documents are assembled in Appendix B by subject areas. These areas are as follows: (1) General Policies and Procedures; (2) Site Investigation Guidelines; (3) Memorandums of Understanding and Standard Operating Procedure Agreements; (4) Health and Safety, and Training; (5) Contract Consultant Agreements; (6) Valuation and Cost Recovery; (7) Construction Procedures; (8) Petroleum Contamination/Underground Storage; (9) Asbestos Removal; (10) Lead Paint Removal Operations; and (11) Maintenance Facilities.
