The management objectives of the city, and the data base and cost control systems that assist the city in effectively managing the growing responsibilities in these fields, are described. Further, information concerning how routine and scheduled bridge maintenance and repair, as well as scheduled bridge rehabilitation, is planned, coordinated, and administered is also discussed.
