Abstract:

This workshop attempted to assess previous economic and market conditions leading to a consensus of current factors providing the framework for market recovery in the 1984-1985 period. Consideration was given to the various means of measuring the turning point and relative magnitude of change. Economic assumptions and a supportive set of market conditions expected to prevail were developed. (Author)
