Availability: National Technical Information Service 5301 Shawnee Road Abstract: The 25 papers presented at the National Seminar on Portland Cement (PCC) Pavement Recycling and Rehabilitation are reproduced in this report. The seminar was held in St. Louis, Missouri, September 27-30, 1981, and was attended by 219 people from national, state, and local governments, as well as industry and academia. These proceedings cover all aspects of PCC pavement recycling and rehabilitation, including condition surveys, jacking, drainage, joint repair, profile correction, bonded overlays, and load transfer restoration for both urban and rural situations. Cost and energy considerations, specifications, quality control, and environmental considerations were addressed. Equipment of all types was discussed and research currently underway was reviewed.
