PROCEEDINGS: CONFERENCE ON INTERCITY BUS TRANSPORTATION. REMARKS OF CHARLES BUSSKOHL
Accession Number:
00372053
Abstract:
Simplicity is the key to uniformity when it comes to charters and tours. Total federal and state deregulation is one way to achieve this. Changing rules will just lead to more problems. If the federal government can deregulate and guide states to do the same, we will see positive results. Market forces work rapidly and quickly and react to any kind of situation when left alone. They will best determine who makes a profit and who provides a service. (Author)
