Availability: Find a library where document is available Abstract: To obtain a greater understanding of how dual-mode transportation systems compare in effectiveness to other urban transportation systems, a study was initiated to evaluate the service, costs, and impacts of several urbanwide transportation systems. The study objective was to obtain insight into applicability and utility of systems rather than to make definitive statements on the inherent worth of individual systems.
