THE PORT AUTHORITY IN-PLANT MAINTENANCE TRAINING PROGRAM IS DESCRIBED IN A GENERAL WAY, WITH THE ELECTRICAL TRAINING PROGRAM USED AS AN ILLUSTRATION.
