Abstract:

A SUMMARY OF COURT DECISIONS CONCERNING CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES TO PROPERTY IS PRESENTED. THE DECISIONS RELATE TO (1) AIRPLANE OVERFLIGHT INCONVENIENCE, (2) AVIGATION EASEMENTS, (3) SCHOOL PROPERTY AFFECTED BY HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION, (4) REZONING, (5) OUTDOOR MOVIES, AND (6) INTERFERENCE WITH FARMING OPERATIONS. THE DECISIONS WERE RENDERED IN THE U.S. COURT OF CLAIMS AND IN STATE COURTS OF OREGON, ILLINOIS, NEW JERSEY, SOUTH DAKOTA, TEXAS, GEORGIA, LOUISIANA AND OHIO. THEY ARE DATED 1966.
