Title: POTENTIAL USAGE (DISCUSSION)

Availability: Find a library where document is available Abstract: For central city residents, subcompacts like the Honda City Car have the potential to satisfy most of their daily requirements. However, they are not suitable for the occasional long trip, heavy load or extra passenger. One way out of the impasse would be a vastly expanded and greatly more accessible system of renting and leasing vehicles, either through conventional private rental firms or through neighborhood cooperative similar to those in Sweden.
