Abstract:

This issue contains 13 papers concerned with developing countries. Specific topics addressed in this issue include the following: pedestrian injury crashes on modern roundabouts; residents’ characteristics and transport policy analysis in large-scale residential areas on a city periphery; social climate in habitual transit use by young adults; modernization of urban public transport; accident prevention models for bus rapid transit systems; pedestrian level of service at signalized intersection crosswalks; and user satisfaction of a public bicycle system.
