This system is vulnerable to common component failures due to location in a population dense area, age, and varied weather conditions. Resilience and proactive maintenance planning require a good understanding of business rules and the data involved. This paper proposes a data architecture using an agile information system and world class asset management principles. The Joint Switch Inspection (JSI) Operation will be used to present an asset and location hierarchy to support the quantitative measurement and predictive analytics.
