Using fluorine monomer as the shell, and butyl monomer as the core, and seed emulsion polymerization to study the effect of core-shell ratio on emulsion and infrared diffuse reflection spectrum to demonstrate the structure of polymer, the research indicates the adoption of shell structure design can effectively improve the hydrophobic performance of latex film, with the best ratio of 7:1, and TiO2 is added to emulsion binder to make fluorinated heat reflective coating. The reflection rate of coating tested by visible/near-infrared spectrophotometer reaches 78.64%. Paint the coating on the surface of asphalt mixture rut specimen, which is illuminated by iodine-tungsten lamp, and the temperature reduction of specimen with latex film can reach 13°C, when the temperature of the specimen without latex film increases to 60°C, which demonstrates that the coating has a good cooling effect.
