FACTS CONCERNING THE RECORDS IN A NUMBER OF CITIES THAT ARE SECURING GOOD OR REASONABLY GOOD RESULTS IN TRAFFIC CONTROL, TOGETHER WITH THE REASONS FOR THE IMPROVEMENTS SHOWN, ARE PRESENTED.
