Abstract:

Reporting is a challenging aspect for all paratransit agencies. Scheduling and dispatching applications for paratransit have become more and more complex yet reporting for the most part has remained the domain of those who understand complex reporting tools. Reporting trips for multiple funding sources to aid coordination creates more complexity and sometimes may actually prevent coordination from occurring. What is the answer to this problem? There can be many solutions but one which may not readily be thought of is to use the World Wide Web (www) to help solve this thorny issue.
