Availability: Find a library where document is available Abstract: The 10th Annual Southeastern States Equipment Managers meeting was held April 15-18, 1996 in Frankfort, Kentucky. Twelve states were represented with 23 attendees. Industry representatives and representatives from the attending states discussed the following topics: alternate fuel vehicles; annual inspection of aerial trucks; contractor operated warehouses; flat rate standards for heavy equipment; new product evaluation; 800 MHz communications system; standard vehicle colors; vehicle buy-back; equipment utilization; comparison of fleet operations; and petroleum product specification comparison.
