The increasing mobility of our society and the high mileage driven at night require that highway information is ensured under conditions such as darkness, wet roads and dusk/dawn. Quality rather than quantity is required when servicing road signs and traffic equipment. In order to achieve this it is not only necessary to thin out the forest of signs, but to also periodically check the safety of traffic signs for night driving. As a result, the following request are posed: -to ensure visibility of traffic signs at night; -to provide necessary funds for these measures, especially taking into account the needs of elderly drivers.
