The first 10 problem statements are ranked as high priority, the next 9 statements as medium priority and the last 9 as low priority. Each statement contains the following: title; problem; objective; key words; related work; urgency/priority; cost; implementation; and effectiveness. Among the topics covered are signing, delineation, compliance, truck signing, traffic engineering, raised pavement markers, traffic buttons, striping, digitized maps, visibility, and work zone warning devices.
