Incoming TRB Technical Activities Council Chair Hyun-A Park organized the panel, which featured Secretary Jennifer Cohan, Delaware DOT; Secretary Stephanie Pollack, Massachusetts DOT; Secretary Leslie Richards, Pennsylvania DOT; and Commissioner Victoria Sheehan, New Hampshire DOT. Common themes that emerged during the discussion included authenticity, volunteering for new opportunities, utilizing new technology and thinking outside the box. The frequent turnover of state DOT CEOs was also discussed.
