Title: Partnership to Develop an Integrated, Advanced Travel Demand Model and a Fine-Grained Time-Sensitive Network
Accession Number: 01497996
Record Type: Monograph
Blurb URL: Abstract: The Transportation Research Board’s (TRB’s) second Strategic Highway Research Program (SHRP 2) Capacity Project C10A has released this prepublication, non-edited report that explores development of a dynamic integrated travel demand model with advanced policy analysis capabilities. The model system is scalable; relatively easy to implement and maintain; and does not require a multi-year, multi-million dollar implementation and maintenance effort. The report describes the implementation of the model system in Burlington, Vermont and in Jacksonville, Florida; the calibration and validation of the model system; and the application of the model system to a set of initial sensitivity tests.
