Approximately 60 women leaders from industry, public agencies, professional organizations, and universities convened with top-ranking personnel from the White House and the U.S. Department of Transportation in April 2013 for a special forum on increasing the opportunities for women in transportation. This article presents perspectives on the forum from two attendees.
