The Transportation and Climate Initiative (TCI) is a regional collaboration of transportation, energy, and environment officials in 11 Northeastern and Mid-Atlantic states and the District of Columbia. The initiative seeks to promote a clean energy economy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the transportation sector. Further details concerning the TCI are provided in this article.
