INFORMATION IS GIVEN ON SUCH SURFACINGS CONSTRUCTED IN FLORIDA, KANSAS, KENTUCKY AND IOWA. THIS INCLUDES GRADATIONS, COMPOSITION, AND CONSTRUCTION METHODS.
