THE REPORT COVERS THE EXPERIMENTS ON THE STANDARD TWO CABLE GUARD USED IN PENNSYLVANIA. THE PICTURES SHOW THE RESULTS OF THE VARIOUS IMPACTS AND INDICATE THE WEAK POINTS. THE DESIGN ADOPTED AS THE RESULT OF THE TESTS AND DIRECTIONS FOR PROPER INSTALLATION ARE GIVEN.
